Got started picking HMC yesterday! Moisture was running 26-28%, this was on dryland and the yeild so far is pretty surprising. Got 16 loads in 12 hrs. Makes me cautiously opptimistic on the irrigated. We're going to run like he!! till mother nature makes us stop again on Tues.

Well, I'm thinking seriously about getting that seat covered....maybe use my face.

Sara will be happy to know that I might be shelling corn by noon.

Yeah! it has been wet all week here in Gods Country south of I-80. Guess I should go out and shoot some ether in the air breather, put the crank in, and try to turn her over. One of these days i am going to get an electric starter on my combine. db can you start that one in the picture with your crank? Does she turn over O.K when you get her warmed up I bet she is a screamer. Adios Amigo. John
